Fast service

I was greeted warmly and my vehicle was promptly taken back to the service bay. The service was a quick and easy turnaround, and I sincerely appreciate the thoroughness of my visit.

Always very friendly and helpful. They do their best to resolve any vehicle issues that may occur.

Levi, the service manager took great care of us from making the appointment for our Tahoe to the appointment itself. We appreciate the care taken of our Tahoe from start to finish, including the diagnostics from the inspection of our vehicle. They did a great job of getting everything done in a timely manner also.There is nothing worse than sitting for hours at a time and see nothing happening to your vehicle like some dealers. Liberty Chevy was quick and efficient. Thank you Levi!!

Levi, the service manager is very helpful. I had to put a new motor in my pick up and he talked me through everything that was going to be done. I enjoy his service and I think that he’s a very amazing man. You don’t find anybody like him anymore.

Communication was timely and were honest with what didn't need to be done at this point.

Hello, These guys are awesome. Called on a Saturday with a fuel sensor issue . I was in Birmingham AL. , had the truck scanned , told I could make to Sturgis SD. Service set me for Tuesday morning . They got the 2500 in and out on same day . What was really nice , they called the next day to check on there work to make sure everything was working Smile you all did a great job. . .
