The team was very accommodating. They made us feel welcome and offered us coffee or water, soon as we had entered the building. The salesman, John, is outstanding! I have purchased 4 vehicles from them the past 6 years and he is one of the reasons why, along with the other members of the team! We were well satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the price we had paid for the late model truck. They also called us 4 days later to make sure we were happy with our vehicle.

There was a Good Chevy Long Long ago...back when you had the commercials..."like a Rock" and Bob Segar sang us all into a wonderment of Truck buying. Ha, oh boy.... so the Liberty sale folks, staff, managers and even mechanical techs worked their BUTTS off to help my family and I into a brand new from the factory Chevy Traverse Premier. See , Ive bought, ordered brand new rigs from them before and value the meaning of "loyalty" This time, they paid into us which we cant give back...because the CAR DIDNT WORK! Lot of details follow but really, people missed dinners, tow trucks responded and about 10 people dropped everything to save us as we were stranded on the road not once but TWICE (only a few miles from home) due to a mechanical failure from a factory build/defect of sorts on the traverse. If it wasn't for the caring human aspect of Jamie, Greg, and all the unspoken help that jumped into action those days to get my wife and kids home, there wouldn't be a need for dealerships with people, but there is and therefore we can't say enough how great the Liberty Sturgis experience was to us and will be in the future.
